grass terrain replacement

ocsenaveYuxi uploaded awesome floors, walls and terrains extracted from Skyrim, and I immediately fell in love with the grass terrain and decided to make a default replacement neighborhood terrain.
There's only one 's' in 'grass', I know.
neighbourhood view^ / lot view can be seen on this picture
It is a bit repetitive when you zoom out, but who cares, it's still lovely.
