I think you've never seen this one, but it's as old as the previous house I shared. And even smaller.

2x1 lot. The staircase may not be the prettiest thing ever, but it was a pain in the ass to build it! No CC list again, and as previously only build mode stuff (seen on picture) is included, though I know you can't really see the walls. If you really want to see them, there you have a few picture of the inside, they are pretty big because I forgot to crop them before uploading, so I'm posting them as links only.

Again, I have all EPs and IKEA SP, if I ever build a new house I'll remember to make it base game compatible, I promise.
